What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session (one time only) with at least two weeks written notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. Cancelling/Rescheduling less than two week's prior to a session date (but prior to 24hrs before) will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the shoot will owe a $100 rescheduling fee. Any photo shoot where the clients or models fail to show up to the shoot will result in forfeit of fees and the shoot will NOT be rescheduled unless the deposit is paid in full again. If you prefer to permanently cancel your session, instead of rescheduling, your deposit will not be refunded. Please keep in mind that rescheduling to a later date doesn't guarantee that there will be Jacaranda blossom during your session.

What if someone gets ill?If either the photographer or client (extending to client's family members attending the shoot) have a cold/flu or other contagious illness, these need to be discussed before the photoshoot to see if a reschedule can be put in place, due to fairness to both the client and the photographer. Immediately advise the photographer if you or a family member have any of the following symptoms: Fever (37.5 deg C or higher), Cough, Body aches, Sore throat, Trouble breathing or significant flue like symptoms. In case that any participants experience any of the mentioned symptoms, please infrom the photographer immediately.

Is the session rescheduled in case of inclement weather?Your photographer will reach out to you 2 days prior your session to arrange a backup date. On the day of your session, you will only be rescheduled due to poor weather at the photographer's discretion. Your session will then be rescheduled to the first available date that works for both you and the photographer.

How and when will I receive my images?You will receive an online gallery with 50+ Preview images within 14 days. After you've selected your images, you will receive them within 2-3 days. Your gallery is fully downloadable with high resolution images.

Can I purchase additional digital images or prints?Yes you can. You have an option of purchasing any images of your choice after receiving all images as previews under your online gallery. Further information and pricing will be emailed out with your gallery link. We offer a wide range of print sizes that can be purchased through your online gallery.

Can I print my own images?Yes you can. Your images will be in full resolution and you have the freedom of printing in any print sizes. We always encourage our clients to put their memories into prints. You can do that either through our printing services integrated into your online gallery or with a choice of your own print lab.

How many people can participate?I request that a family session be limited to immediate family with up to 6 people. If you wish to add additional people to your session, you are able to book 2 sessions in a row to allow more time and overall images.

Will there be an outfit wardrobe provided?No. You will be required to bring your own outfits, but full guidance will be provided in choosing the right clothing and coulours for the specific location.

Can we bring our pets to the photoshoot?Yes, absolutely! Your pets are a part of your family and they are more than welcomed to participate. We would highly recommend bringing lots of their favourite treats and toys to help get their attention for some shots, and also keep them entertained. There are no extra fees for your pets to participate.
